"Are your earrings nickel free?"

Yes, all of our earring posts are nickel free and hypoallergenic.

"Do the earrings weigh down your earlobes?"

No! Acrylic earrings is an extremely lightweight material that allows you to wear a beautiful earring without any of the pain.

"How do I clean my earrings?"

To clean your earring rubbing alcohol and acetone are recommended. To clean up brass pieces of your earring, any brass cleaner is useable.

"Do you take custom orders?"

Yes! Just message us and we can go into more detail about your custom design.

"I lost an earring! What can I do?"

If you lose an earring, please contact us for the option to purchase one single earring to match the lost one. If your earring is a limited item, we are unfortunately unable to provide a replacement.  

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Details

We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24 hours of their purchase, but will not cancel orders past 24 hours.

We accept returns of unworn/unused pieces in their original condition and packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will not issue refunds, grant returns, or mail replacements.

 If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please let us know immediately so we can try to resolve any issue. Due to the nature of these specially handmade items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping. 

We are not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to scan in an item once it is dropped off, or if a package is lost by USPS, UPS, or DHL, and will not give refunds on this basis. Once an item leaves our hands, we are not responsible for issues that may be caused by USPS, UPS, or DHL, including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc.


All pieces are made-by-hand and made-to-order and have a 7-10 business day processing time. This does NOT include shipping time, which is an additional 2-5 days. Orders over $50 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping).

We are unable to provide a guaranteed delivery dates, so please keep that in mind before purchasing gifts, and plan for the 7-10 business day processing time.


We ship worldwide. You will be able to select domestic and worldwide shipping options during checkout.

Buyers outside of the U.S. are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.

We unfortunately do not offer free shipping outside of the US. All other available discounts can be applied to international orders.
