Refund policy

If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please let me know immediately (within 7 days of delivery) so I can try to resolve any issue that was a mistake on my part.

Buyer must pay return shipping if a return or exchange is requested. Please ship items back 10 days after delivery. 

Conditions of return: 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Due to the nature of these specially handmade items, I do not accept returns or offer refunds on customized items except in the extremely rare case of damage during shipping.

I do not accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
